Cable Machine Attachments for Functional Trainers and Home Gyms

Upgrade your cable machine with innovative attachments designed to expand your exercise options, improve range of motion and make your functional trainer more versatile. Andreoni Fitness cable machine attachments are built for lifters who want to do more with the equipment they already own... from presses, rows and curls to triceps work, pullovers, face pulls and full-body training.

Get More From Your Cable Machine

A functional trainer is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment in a home gym, but the right cable machine attachments can make it even more capable. Andreoni Fitness designs unique cable attachments and accessories that go beyond traditional straight bars, handles and tricep ropes to give you more ways to train with your existing cable machine.

Our collection includes the Andreoni Bar, a multi-function cable machine attachment designed to connect to both sides of a functional trainer. Its open design and multiple grip positions allow you to perform a wide variety of pushing and pulling movements while giving your body more freedom to move naturally. Use it for neutral-grip shoulder presses, rows, assisted dips, triceps pushdowns, lat prayers, pullovers, curls, shrugs, squats, lunges and more.

The Andreoni Focus Straps provide a comfortable alternative to traditional cable rope attachments. Instead of relying on hard rubber rope ends, the straps distribute pressure more comfortably through the hand while allowing each arm to move independently. They're ideal for triceps pushdowns, overhead triceps extensions, face pulls, rear-delt exercises, curls and cable rows.

You'll also find cable machine accessories designed to improve comfort, grip, connection length and exercise setup.

Cable Attachments Designed for More Exercise Possibilities

Whether you're building a compact home gym or looking for new ways to use a functional trainer, your attachments can dramatically change what your cable machine can do. Different grip positions, attachment points and movement paths can help you vary exercises without adding another large machine to your gym.

Andreoni Fitness focuses on creating cable machine attachments that solve real training limitations and make existing equipment more useful. The goal is simple: more exercises, more range and more from your cable machine.

 Cable Machine Attachments FAQ

What are the different types of cable machine attachments?

The most common cable machine attachments are single D-handles, straight bars, lat pulldown bars, V-bars, tricep ropes and ankle straps. Each one changes your grip and range of motion, which changes how an exercise feels and which muscles work hardest. Andreoni attachments fill gaps the standard set leaves: a multi-grip bar that connects to both sides of a functional trainer, and training straps that replace hard rope ends.

How do you attach things to a cable machine?

Most attachments clip onto the cable with a carabiner. Open the gate, hook it through the attachment's ring or loop, and check that it has fully snapped shut before you load the weight. If the cable is too short for an exercise, an extension gives you more reach. Our heavy-duty 3.2" carabiners don't get stuck in attachments the way some carabiners do, and our 9.75" extension set adds range for more exercise variations.

Which cable machine attachments should I buy first?

Start with one attachment for pulling and pressing and one for arm and shoulder work. A bar covers rows, pulldowns and presses, and a rope or straps cover triceps, face pulls and curls. Customers often tell us the Andreoni Bar replaced several of their attachments, so it's a strong first choice if you want to save money and floor space. After that, add accessories that solve a specific problem, like softer grips or extra reach.

Will Andreoni attachments fit my cable machine or functional trainer?

Most likely, yes. Our attachments clip on with standard carabiners. The Andreoni Bar connects to both cables of a dual-pulley functional trainer and works with the majority of models. Customers have confirmed it on setups including the GetRxd Phoenix tower and the Blazzed Fitness HD1 rack. The distance between its attachment points is 49.5 inches. Not sure about your machine? Send us the model and we'll check.

Can I use the Andreoni Bar as a lat pulldown bar?

Yes. Its neutral-grip positions make lat pulldowns more comfortable for your shoulders, and the same bar handles pullovers, rows, shoulder presses, assisted dips, pushdowns and curls. The open design lets the bar travel around your body, so you get a longer range of motion than with a traditional straight bar.

Can Focus Straps replace a tricep rope?

For most exercises, yes. Focus Straps do the same jobs as a tricep rope, including pushdowns, overhead extensions, face pulls, rear-delt work and curls. Instead of squeezing hard rubber rope ends, the load spreads comfortably through your hand, and each arm moves independently. Prefer to keep your rope? Our ultra-soft silicone grips make it more comfortable to hold.

Do you ship to the US and Canada?

Yes. Orders of $100 or more ship free anywhere in the continental US and Canada. Every order ships duties paid, so the price at checkout is the final price. Every product is also covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Are new cable machine attachments coming?

Yes. We're developing new attachments built on the same idea as the Andreoni Bar: train hard, respect your joints, and never accept unnecessary pain as the price of progress. Join our newsletter to hear about new releases first.
