Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

 

SHIPPING 
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using USPS in the USA and Canada Post in Canada (delivery standard is 2 - 10 days).

Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday at our Warehouse on appointment only. Please email store@andreoni.com to schedule your pickup.


 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 
Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout. 
FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 for the continental USA and Canada. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
We offer international shipping to countries below:
Europe: Italy, UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore

DUTIES AND TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Andreoni Fitness is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

 

REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, unused or slightly used, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at store@andreoni.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
