Crafted from aviation-grade aluminum and rated to a 12 kN breaking strength (2,697 lbs or lbf), it's built to be the strongest link between your attachment and the machine. That's why every spine is engraved with "The weak link isn't here." At just 32 g (1.13 oz), it's light enough to live in your gym bag, and the non-locking straight gate makes one-handed attachment changes quick and easy.

Sold as a pair, so you can run both sides of a functional trainer or keep your next attachment clipped and ready between sets.

DESCRIPTION

Works with: cable machines, functional trainers, lat pulldown and low-row stations, and any cable attachment with a ring or loop: handles, tricep ropes, ankle straps, and the Andreoni Bar.

How to use

Clip the carabiner to the cable's attachment point on the machine.
Clip your handle, rope or bar into the carabiner.
Check that the gate has snapped fully closed before every set.
Keep the load along the long side (spine) of the carabiner. Never load it across the gate or sideways, which greatly reduces its strength.

Care & inspection

Inspect before each use. Retire the carabiner if you see cracks, deep scratches, sharp edges, or a gate that doesn't snap shut on its own.
Aluminum can be damaged by a hard drop without visible marks. If it falls from height onto concrete or steel, replace it.
Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Keep the gate free of chalk and grit.
