Andreoni Cable Barbell Kit – 2 Collars, 2 Carabiners and 2 Extension Cables

Works with: functional trainers and dual-cable machines.

Setting up the kit

1. Slide one collar onto each sleeve, the same distance from the center, so the bar hangs level.
2. Turn the knob by hand until the collar is snug and won't move. No tools needed.
3. Clip a carabiner through each collar's attachment hole.
4. Connect each carabiner to a cable, adding an extension cable in between when you need more length.
5. Set both weight stacks to the same weight.
6. Before every set, check that both knobs are tight and both carabiner gates are fully closed. Start light the first time you use a new setup.

Care & inspection

• Inspect every part before each use. Stop using any part with cracks, fraying, damaged threads, or a carabiner gate that doesn't snap shut on its own.
• Aluminum carabiners can be damaged by a hard drop without visible marks. If one falls from height onto concrete or steel, replace it.
• Keep the collars' inner liners clean so they grip evenly.

⚠️ Safety warning: Never exceed 500 lb (227 kg) per side, the lowest working load limit of any part in this kit. Use only on 2" (50 mm) sleeves that spin. Not for climbing, for supporting a person's body weight, or for lifting, hoisting or rigging. Do not use if any part is damaged.
