Ultra-Soft Silicone Grips for Tricep Ropes

Hard rubber rope ends dig into your fingers, and the heavier the weight, the worse it gets. These ultra-soft silicone grips slip over your existing tricep rope to cushion your hands, so your triceps decide when a set ends, not your fingers.

Why use silicone rope grips?

• Soft, cushioning silicone. Made from a very soft, flexible silicone, not a hard rubber, so it cushions your fingers instead of adding another hard surface.
• Bends with the rope. The grips flex as the rope moves, so they don't fight the natural path of your hands on pushdowns or overhead extensions.
• Thicker cushion where it hurts most. An 8 mm cushion at the bottom sits between your hand and the hard rope stopper, where most of the pressure builds up.

Fits any standard tricep rope

The grips fit standard tricep ropes, which are usually about 30 mm thick. Each grip is cut from top to bottom: just open it slightly, wrap it around the rope above the stopper and let it close. It goes on and comes off in seconds.

Will they fit my rope? They fit standard tricep ropes, which are usually about 30 mm thick. That covers the ropes that come with most cable machines and functional trainers.

How do I put them on? Each grip has a cut from top to bottom. Open it slightly, place it around the rope just above the stopper and let it close.

Do they make the rope feel bulky? No. Where your hand holds the rope, the grip is only about 5 mm thick, and the soft silicone bends with the rope.
